Cancellation / Modification: All cancellations must be notified in writing at least 48 hours prior to the date of service, subject to the penalty policies of each provider.
Waiting time: Waiting time is approximately 20 minutes, depending on the number of passengers in the vehicle assigned for the transfer. Passengers who do not show up during the waiting time will not be entitled to a refund.
